Can I shop INDY in person?
We are mainly online, however we are carried by Anthropologie in certain locations across the USA, please email us at indy@indysunglasses.com and we'd be happy to provide more information.
Are your sunglasses polarized?
Almost 90% of INDY sunglasses have polarized lenses, this will be stated in the description menu on the product page.
What are your sunglasses made from?
Most of INDY sunglasses are made from biodegradable acetate which is a luxurious and sustainable material derived from wood pulp and cotton fibers. Please check the product description to see what material that specific design is made from, otherwise they are made from recycled materials.
Can I add my prescription?
We offer prescription orders in the USA only. There is an "Add Prescription" button on each product page, if there is no button this means that specific sunglass is not eligible for prescription.
Orders
Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
For the protection of the cardholder, we are unable to make any edits or cancellations to an order once it is placed.
What if an item is sold out?
You may add your contact details to our waitlist on the product page to be notified if and when the item comes in.
When will my pre-order ship?
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Pre Order" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. The delivery date is subject to change.
Payment
When will payment be processed?
Payment is taken at the time an order is placed.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, INDY gift cards and Shop Pay.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed and then are dispatched according to the priority selected. Orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
We cover duties and taxes for the following countries: USA, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand.
Returns
What is INDY's return policy?
Items purchased on indysunglasses.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 30 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of indysunglasses.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

When will I receive a refund?
Following inspection and acceptance of a return, you will receive a confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for a return to be processed.
