Orders which are not eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items which are listed as "Sample Sale"
• Items which are already marked down/on sale.
• If a Buy One Get One free code was used, all unworn sunglasses in the order must be returned in order to get a full refund.
• Buy One Get One free orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Shipping Information:

• Orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day.
• For orders placed on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. 

• Complimentary shipping on all orders (3-7 business days) 
• We cover any taxes/duties for all

Rest of World:

• Complimentary shipping on all orders (7-14 days)
• We cover any taxes/duties for all

Prescription Frames:

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges within the US:

• Please visit our returns portal to initiate a return or exchange. Returns & exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of your order being delivered.
• Items marked "sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
• A charge of $10 will be processed for the returns label. Exchanges are free.

International Returns:

• For international orders, we'll refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within the same 30 day window. We can't offer free returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
• Items marked "sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Discount codes:

• Discount codes cannot be applied to items already on sale. 

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund/exchange, an email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed.
